Chemical Operator Temporary in North Andover, MA

Kelly Services is seeking Chemical Operators / Process Technicians for openings in 2013 for our client in North Andover, MA. These are long-term temporary opportunities, for up to 1yr.All positions are working twelve hour rotating shifts either 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am. Rotation is two days on/2 days off then three days on/3 days off. Pay rate is $18 to $22 per hour based on shift and experience.This position is responsible for the manufacture of high purity organometallic chemicals for the compound semiconductor film industry in accordance with business, EHS and Quality System requirements.Key activities include charging of raw materials, process control, preparation of production documentation, disposition of process wastes, operator maintenance assembling, disassembling and cleaning of process equipment and general housekeeping.Must be able to lift up to 50lbs routinely/daily and must be willing to suit up for the work environment. The Chemical Operator must be comfortable working with chemicals that ignite when exposed to oxygen.Requirements
